1. Systems Architecture and AI Services

APEX provides custom software engineering, governed AI systems, and integration architecture. Deliverables, technical requirements, and project scopes are governed in conjunction with your specific service agreement.

2. Intellectual Property and Client Data

Clients retain full and exclusive ownership over their business data, operational records, and trade secrets. Infrastructure components and base models are licensed under the applicable master service agreement.

3. Liability and Operational Availability

Solutions are deployed adhering to rigorous software engineering and resilience standards. Formally guaranteed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply to active enterprise tier engagements.
